Amari is a poet, songwriter, and piano player from Toronto, Canada, who has had a passion for music since an early age. In 2018 she started to share her work on instagram and Trouble Trouble, the producer who worked with Lil Durk and NAV, discovered her.

Amari dropped her first single “Love Don’t Cost A Thing” in 2021, and soon after that collaborated with AP Dhillon on “Ma belle,” which has over 30 million views on YouTube and was #1 trending on YouTube in the first few days of its release.

Amari’s singles “Lay It Down” and “If You Don’t Wanna” showcases what kind of vibe she is going for, and people started to notice her talent and energy. We can describe her voice as powerful, melodic, and beautiful – she is definitely one of a kind.

Her music has been featured on some Spotify Editorial playlists, including Mood Rings and New Music Friday Canada.

She started 2022 off with a new single and music video for “Pick Up My Feelings,” with around 40k views. Her voice is incredible, and her lyrics are real, nostalgic, and emotional.
