Da Crook is working when everyone is sleeping; the most consistent rapper in Toronto dropped another self-directed music video, “Take a trip”. The music video hit 23k views, and the fantastic visuals show Da Crook’s endless potential and creativity.

We can see the rapper chilling with his friends in a red room and then dropping bars alone. The video’s mood matches the song perfectly, and we love how the rapper captures that in all of his recent videos.

The song’s beat and vibe hit different; it was like the rapper was aiming for something more chill, but then the bars spice up the track. It was an excellent choice to take the sample “Love Nwantiti”, a viral hit, and give it some of Toronto’s style and energy.
