Prominent American rapper and songwriter Young Dolph dropped the official music video “Green Light” in collaboration with his protégé Markeyvius LaShun Cathey. Cathey, who is better known for his pseudonym Key Glock, is present on the music scene since 2016 – but he rose to fame when he was 20 years old by releasing his mixtape “Glock Season” back in 2017.

Since Glock signed the Paper Route Empire Label and released his mixtape, he got lots of attention. The following projects he released were some of his most famous songs, such as “Everyday,” with over 1.6 million views, “On My Soul,” over 7.9 million views, and “All I know is Trap,” with over 8.3 million views on YouTube so far.

“Green Light” is not the only song they did in collaboration. The song “Major,” from Dolph’s album “Role Model,” reached number forty-seven on the R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart back in 2018. Their collaborative album called “Dum and Dummer,” which they released in 2019 eventually reached number eight on the US Billboard 200.

Young Dolph is present on the music scene since 2008. After his first appearance, he released many hit singles and a couple of albums. His seventh album, called “Rich Slave,” turned out as his highest-charting deal appearing at number four on the US Billboard 200, making him even more famous than before.

The official video for the song “Green Light” is 2:57 long and will instantly get you hooked up – great beat, strong lyrics, catchy melody, and charming voices will not keep you indifferent. On February 2, 2021, the song premiered and is already racking up more than 2.5 million views on YouTube.
